AXIS Agree Market Research Important Step in Developing Business Strategy

Success at AXIS is credited to strategic planning and consumer driven business strategies.
Strategic business planning is an area that cannot be outsourced according to AXIS, who believe conducting market and consumer research is essential to ensuring their target market is understood before developing a business growth strategy. Lack of strategic planning and poor market knowledge make up 20% of the top 10 reasons businesses fail.

Business growth is never guaranteed and can be particularly difficult in the recovering economy. AXIS is an outsourced sales and marketing agency that has continued to expand throughout the recent economic downfall. Industry critics refer to businesses who progress through hard times as ‘lucky’, CEO, Craig Hinshaw disagrees.   ’Strategic business development, creating and managing strong client relationships and providing superior customer service are a few of the reasons AXIS has seen so much development through the recession. We have collaborated with some fantastic businesses and worked hard at providing a service that offers benefits to each of those businesses and the industries they work within’.

AXIS states market research is a valuable tool in helping businesses to understand current market trends and to identify which competitors are implementing changes that may affect the market. Using data collected via market research to evolve a business strategy can assist with the overall growth of a business. For great business marketing to be delivered there must be a long-term tried, tested and tweaked strategy.

AXIS PROVES SUCCESSFUL COLLABORATION DRIVES RESULTS

AXIS firmly believes that the key to a business having a recognizable and positive reputation is the strong and long relationships they build. Their successful collaboration with the countries largest retailers is built on collective ideals and an ability to maintain an open and honest channel of communication between businesses. A durable and trustworthy relationship has been built through sharing resources and working together to reach what are essentially mutual end goals.

At AXIS we believe innovation and longevity are strengthened through constant communication and collaboration. It’s important we have a clear understanding of our client’s requirements and we have found our focus on superior customer service and open communication has positively contributed to our strong relationships with our clients. Our partnership with some of the country’s largest retailers allows us to further develop our business strategies and bounce our ideas around a team of people that have a shared objective, says Craig Hinshaw, Owner of AXIS.

AXIS, a leading retail marketing firm, believes their relationships revolve around actively listening to the requirements of their clients and identifying their goals. For a relationship to be successful each individual must share an understanding of what is expected and leave any of their own agendas behind. The behaviors implemented at AXIS help to align the thoughts of each individual involved. ‘Knowledge is a part of what we offer our clients; a more important quality is attitude. We envisioned our relationships to offer greater advantages and benefits to our client which in turn has eventuated in successful activity for the client and impressive growth performance’ adds Craig Hinshaw, Owner Of AXIS.

AXIS has proven collaboration with the right business can equal growth for all parties involved.

AXIS Builds Strong Business Relationships and Growth Simply Follows

Face to face sales and marketing company, AXIS, credits their relationship with DIRECTV and national retailers as being a key driver to an ever changing and adaptive business approach. Such an approach has proven essential to encouraging and supporting growth
AXIS’ work in partnership with DIRECTV to help clients meet and exceed their strategic growth goals. Their relationship in turn has allowed AXIS to further evolve their business approach; increasing their focus on both customer and client relationships and using consumer research as key components in the amendments to their business strategies.

“Working closely with businesses has enabled us to form stronger and more dependable relationships. The more we understand their objectives the easier it becomes to form campaigns that will benefit both parties. Our relationships have certainly played a part in the growth we have seen, “says Craig Hinshaw, Owner / CEO.

Strong relationships with clients are important; a great relationship will carry a business through challenging economic times and can provide resources that could potentially give a competitive edge to the business. The credibility of the business can be determined by the interactions with clients and customers.

AXIS ‘ effective business development is achieved through the relationships that are built. 'Listening to the needs of clients, encouraging constructive and honest feedback and setting realistic expectations will all lead to successful growth and development for any business. At AXIS, we feel very strongly that the service we provide our clients and the rapport we build should be like no other in the sales and marketing industry. We strive to be seen as a leader in our field by providing quality results and offering a dependable service' adds Hinshaw.

AXIS have seen growth year on year and predict 2012 to be a year of development and more expansion. Voicing their focus on superior customer service and continuing to strengthen the business relationships should see the business prosper.

SPRING TRAINING HAS STARTED AT AXIS

AXIS is showing no signs of slowing, as they continue to launch new test markets out of their Phoenix office.

AXIS is benefiting from a weak economy and is experiencing one of its biggest quarters on record.  In 2011 we unveiled our retail incentive program.  This gave us a major presence in some of the country’s largest chain retailers.

“We are obviously very excited about what the future has ‘in store’ for us,” Craig Hinshaw, Director of Operations, says with a smile.  The pun was intended as last year AXIS partnered with two of the U.S.’s largest retailers.  “This year, we expect to continue to increase our clients’ business by at least 30% of our current production under this new event model,” proclaims Mr. Hinshaw.
When asked why he thinks AXIS has been able to continue to grow despite the current events in the economy, Hinshaw explained.
“The reason for our growth is simple.  We are a company focused on results. We have a ‘whatever it takes’ mentality when it comes to satisfying our clients.  This goes not only for our clients’ needs, but also for the growth of the individuals in our company.  Traditional advertising methods have high costs and low return rates, but with our cost-effective face to face approach, we can maximize profits for our clients and allow them to do what they do best.   The future of business and the marketing world is simple--give people incentives and they will strive to reach their goals.  Give employees goals and rewards and nothing will stop them.  That’s how we built our business years ago and that’s what we will continue to do in years to come.”

After talking to Craig, there's no doubt that no matter which direction the
economy goes, there's only one place AXIS is going, and that is UP.

Big News for Big Year: Axis Advertising Seeks Expansion and Growth in 2012

Axis Advertising has been known for their strong relationships with fortune 500 clients Home Depot and Direct TV. They feel that in order to see personal growth, it is important to keep strong relationships with other growing , stable franchises. In 2011 when a large portion of the country was experiencing lay offs, Home Depot notably  shared the top spot with McDonald's for hiring the most employees. Axis has also seen tremendous growth and is proud of the opportunity that they have been able to give to their employees. They are still hiring and expanding rapidly. In 2012, they have expansion plans that include offices in both West Phoenix and Tucson. Tim Twyford will be opening the office in West Phoenix where they are expected to be open for business March 31st. Danny Diaz has been selected to open the office Tucson. Those plans are still underway with April 15th set as the deadline. They continue to see tremendous growth in their home office as well, adding several new team members to their organization. They continue to invest in their people by equipping, training and developing them through leadership meetings, quarterly conferences and one on one meetings. This weekend will be another opportunity for training as they will be sending top account executives to a Keys to Success leadership conference in Dallas,TX. It will be a great opportunity for Axis team members to network and participate in leadership and training exercises.
The calendar for the first quarter is quickly filling up, but Axis believes more expansion plans and goals will be met in the latter half of the year as well.

Keys to Success

Keys to Success

What are the keys to success? This is a million…or billion dollar question in some scenarios. Donald Trump has been known to list conscientiousness, building and keeping momentum and staying focused as some steps to success. Andrew Carnegie has been quoted as simply “aiming for the highest”. At Axis' R&R Vacation this past November, special guest speaker and entrepreneur Bill Rancic listed decisiveness, perseverance and “practical execution” as traits imperative to reaching one’s goals. While Axis values and employs all of the aforementioned characteristics, they also feel that investing in your people is one of the most important keys to all success. Throughout each year, Axis attends leadership and training conferences that provide a platform for CEO’s, presidents and vice presidents to speak on various topics fundamental to multiple areas of business. The weekend of January 21st and 22nd will be Axis Advertising Group's first conference of 2012. It will be held in Grapevine, TX at the Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel and Conference Center. The managing partners meticulously choose top candidates from their offices to attend these meetings. Those chosen always display many of the following characteristics: leadership, accountability, consistency, superior work ethic and have expressively shown their will for upward mobility. Many chosen candidates are flown from across the country to attend this conference, while many come from the hosting state of Texas. Connect is still in the last stages of choosing their top candidates who will be attending the first conference of the year and will be releasing their names within the next week. Among those speaking at the conference will be CEO & President Larry Tennenbaum and Vice President, Matt Kelly.

Axis Advertising Group: Gearing Up for Busy 2012

Axis Advertising is approaching 2012 at rocket speed. They have witnessed exponential growth over the last year. With the new year just around the corner, they are excited to implement new marketing strategies while providing more training opportunities for their team members than in years prior. The first of many training opportunities will be in just a few short weeks as they attend their annual Keys to Success Conference in Dallas, TX. This will be an opportunity for their client representatives, account managers, assistant managers, and administrators to attend training sessions fundamental to their department. Managers from their national offices will be speaking at the conference as well as CEO and President Larry Tennenbaum. Only a few top account managers are fastidiously chosen to attend this conference. Axis announced this week that manager Chris Hallam and account manager Brandon Sargent are being sent to attend this meeting. There are often awards presented at these conferences, and leadership exercises performed as well, all for the purpose of improving performance and rewarding hard work. Axis will be following up the conference with an expansion to Phoenix. Tim Twyford will be managing the newest location. There are other available markets that Axis is prospecting, as they aim to make 2012 their most flourishing year to date.
